Lakewood Coutry Club
Lakewood Country Club - A Colorado Classic Over 100 Years In The Making!
Having long been considered one of the premier private urban golf courses in the state of Colorado, Lakewood Country Club was founded in 1908 and is now over 100 years old. You can see our history in the trees, and feel our heritage in the breeze as your ball lofts off the tee at the beginning of a spectacular day on the course with your friends, family or business associates!
Lakewood Country Club is steeped in tradition, yet we are as modern as tomorrow! Our Members "come home" to a spectacular new 38,850 SF Clubhouse that opened in 2007, and an Aquatics\Fitness Center that opened in 2008. This facility, a favorite among the Membership, consists of an aquatics, fitness, and snack bar building, a new 210,000 gallon competition\recreational pool, and a playground overlooking the kiddie pool.
The Clubhouse and Aquatics Facility isn't all! Our artfully maintained golf course has seen numerous changes and improvements as well over the last several years. Some of those are a new Turf Care\Maintenance Facility, a new irrigation system, and recently renovated bunkers.
